Ahh, what bliss. Took a break from work today, just for kicks. Woke up from the patter of rain on the window, it was dark and gray... The last thing I wanted to do was to get out of bed and step into that horrible murky morning. So I SMS'ed my boss, and asked her if I could have the day off. She gladly agreed. Apparently they are getting sick of me at work... Nobody loves me.
So here I am. A bit bored, and a little bit repentant for not being at work and making money. But I figured that not everything is supposed to be about money, and decided to enjoy the day. I burrowed around the net like a hog in heat, and unearthed some pretty cool stuff I will share with you later. I also played some "Painkiller", a game rather like "Doom" in that it has a lot of zombie slaughter and no plot whatsoever. Gets boring, and fast. I think I will now play "Rainbow Six - Raven Shield" on-line, since I would rather be killing real people with realistic guns... That sounded rather horrible, didn't it? Take it out of context and... You have another "Fahrenheit 9/11"! Ok, what is it with me? I am awfully political of late...
Anyway, I think I will get on with my lazy day, but before that I would like to share the bounty of sweet, sweet links with you: 1. A cool "phone game", artsy and atmospheric. Go on, you won't regret it! 2. Another interesting site, which collects adds by different companies that are practically identical. Plagiarism? Coincidence? Who knows... 3. And finally, a little comic relief in form of a Disco Hitler!

Kitty found a friend...

29.08.2004

Yay! Back from Sweden! Not that I didn't like the trip, but it's still nice to be back home. I enjoyed the trip somewhat less than my cousin, but it was still a nice break from routine.
We left at 17:00 on the 27th, right on time. Had a hefty lunch at the all-you-can-eat, Smörgåsbord Buffet Serenade, and then spent hours walking all over the Silja Serenade (yes, it was Serenade instead of Symphony despite what I reported earlier) with my cousin, who's never been on a big ship before. He was quite impressed, oh yes. We also noticed that the ship was loaded with at least a few hundred Japanese tourists, cameras et all. Afterwards it was time for some light entertainment in form of beer and karaoke in the Stardust Disco. The karaoke was, surprisingly, completely devoid of Japanese tourists. However ,the Finns proved to be quite capable of rendering one deaf on their own...
I admit that we went a bit overboard with the beer that night. Some Finnish bloke hooked up with us and insisted in buying us drinks, and we had a good time with him until he passed out. We then stumbled down to the Casino, and promptly lost around 30 Eur each... Saddened by our horrific losses, we crawled off to bed.
The next morning was hell. We had some breakfast, I had to stuff my portion down by force. We then took a bus to central Stockholm. Walked around a bit, visited some big shops like NK and others whose name I forget. On our walk I noticed a little "camp" set up by some pro-Palestine folk and their boot-lickers, replete with Palestinian flags, banners calling for destruction / boycott / disarmament of Israel, and a ton of rasta-sporting young activists. I laughed at some of the banners with my cousin, and was really sorry I was not wearing one of these T-shirts
After that we made the obligatory tour of the Royal Palace, and saw the change of guard. The guard looked ancient and rather too friendly. And they are even allowed to move on their post! Hmph. At least they don't get to escape army because of internet addiction like the Finns here. That would be just laughable and sad.
On our way back we lost some more money in the casino, and generally stayed off the drink. The weather deteriorated somewhat, and the ship developed a nasty roll that sent my dinner rocketing out of my mouth. For the first time in many a year. I never get seasick on smaller boats, but big ships with their ponderous rolling motion always do me in...
All in all it was a nice trip. Not bad at all. I just wish I would have spent less money in the casino.
For the link of the day... Remember when Abdel Aziz "The Butcher" Rantisi got nailed by IDF? Or that other rag head, his predecessor, Sheik Ahmed Yassin caught the wrong end of a guided missile? Didn't we hear a lot of bullshit by apologists how that's only "going to increase the tempo of suicide bombings", and how they gave out advise amounting to "roll over and play dead, maybe it will go away"? And how hordes of peaceful palestinian protesters chanted death and threatened a wave of bombings that would engulf Israel whole? Did it happened? I don't think so! Read up on it here. My last words for the day: Go IDF!

Good weather on the
way there..

A band came marching out of nowhere.

As soon as I came back from work, I received a call from Bonus, a friend of mine you might remember from past posts. He had just come back from his grandmother's funeral. He was one of the casket bearers... Dude was in somewhat of a shock, I think. He needed an urgent beer infusion, for sure. So we went off to our friends place, a guy who is currently visiting his parents in france (Yes, you, I know you still read my blog, even in France, I've got your IP logged!), to feed the his fishes and watch "Master and Commander", drink beer and eat peanuts. Nice relaxing evening, just what he needed to soothe his nerves after the emotional ordeal of the funeral.
Oh, by the way, bought a new keyboard today. Logitech Deluxe Keyboard (except for the wrist rest). The most basic model they had at Merocomp. I had to friggin grovel in front of my mother for the cash, since I am extremely broke at the moment.. The keyboard is nice, keys quite soft to the touch, almost silent, just the way I like them, Only set me back 9,50 Eur, too. The peasants rejoice.
Tomorrow I will be taking my cousin to Sweden. On one of the Silja boats, Silja Symphony. The boy is over the moon with joy, he's never been on a big ship before. And those Silja Line boats are sure impressive, huge and complex inside, with a long, high corridor amidships, called a promenade deck. In Sweden the plan is to go see the "Vasa" (link goes to a very informative site on the "Vasa", well worth a visit), a ship of the Royal Swedish Navy that sank on its maiden voyage in 1628. It is in almost perfect condition, preserved by the layers of silt that accumulated over the ages. I've been to Stockholm dozens of times but this is the first time I get as far as "Vasa", God bless visiting cousins. It is only for them that you dig up cultural sites to visit..
And about the picture of the day. I was having a quiet smoke break at work when suddenly I saw a couple of men wearing uniform and carrying Finnish assault rifles cross the road at a dead run. They were quickly followed by some more, until about 15 of them held defensive positions on the other side of the road. Apparently some squad from Santahamina (our local military base) was holding an urban warfare excersise. Anyway, if you look at the pic you will notice one guy facing the wall. he stayed like that for about 10 Min. He might have stood there longer, but I just went in at that point.  Maybe it was a great tactical maneuver? Who knows. But in any case, see you on Sunday...

Soldiers by my workplace.
WTF!?

25.08.2004
Oh the joy of having cats!! Woke up this morning to a flat (kitchen in particular) that looked like it was targeted by a bloody suicide bomber. With a low yield bomb, perhaps, but still. I really understand those boyfriends who hate their girlfriends cats with all their hearts. I used to think that it was all just stupidity on their part, but now I aint so sure... I mean, I consider myself a cat person. Or used to. Nowadays I can't really warm myself up to the little hell spawn. Bastards. Furry little bastards..!
Anyway, wont make this post long, since I spilled some beer (just a little bit, wasn't drinking-drinking) on the keyboard. Now all the friggin keys are sticky and gross. Besides, in an attempt to clean the mess up I took off some of the keys and the space bar. Naturally breaking it in the process. So now it takes me an eon to write anything. Stupid bastard, me...  Going to fork out for a new one now. This one's a goner.
Cheers, then. Oh, and before we go... If you've been surfin the net for a while, then you must have bumped into this guy. Here is a page on him, and his, ahem, unique technique. Thanks goes to Mr. Japan for providing the link!
Btw, the commenting thingy didn't work out due to my WYSIWYG html editor being such a bitch. Am now considering moving on to a PHP based posting system. Cos this just sucks ass otherwise.
Update: you can now sign the online petition against Sharia in Canada. I just did.

Scary critter. Found it at work today...

22.08.2004

Relaxing... Just relaxing. My girlfriend is being a pig on the couch (as usual, grr!), spilling food and generally being a messy bugger.
We got some movies, some grub, some beers & long drinks... Just watched "Billy Elliot", since, I am ashamed to admit, I've never seen it before, and are about to watch "Big Fish". I have long wanted to see it. Unfortunately, I think I was out of cash at the time it was still in the cinemas, but now finally rented it on DVD. I have always been a huge fan of Tim Burton's work. The first movie I've seen by him was "Beetle Juice". I didn't know of him back then, but I was sold on the weird artwork, and the.. How should I put it, interesting, different atmosphere. Only with the coming of "The Nightmare Before Christmas" (still high on my all time favorites list, not in the least because of Danny Elfman's wonderful music) did I notice the guy behind the movies, and proceeded to watch much of his production. I was not disappointed. I've heard only good things about "Big Fish" so far, so I am kinda excited. And even if the plot will suck, which I am sure it won't, I trust Mr. Burton to produce the wonderful atmosphere present in all his films.
Enough licking Burton's arse, though. Time to move on to matters more technical. I have decided to add a comment option to my posts, because some of you have been asking for it, but it will probably not be present under all the posts. If the post is mundane, it is rather probable that I will not add a comment option. If, on the other hand, I will go off on a rant or go off on one of my controversial tangents (read: related to middle east, and read the link as well) there will always be a comment option included.
Here, again, is a slight sprinkling of links for your perusal; A great fan site for "The Nightmare Before Christmas", lots of stuff there, and a nice compilation of five games, "Yeti Sports", just in time for the Olympics. Nothing controversial or pornographic this time, I fear... Not to worry though, will shower you with boobies / vaginas on some later occasion...

Today's activities in color, except for the beer.

21.08.2004

Not much has happened since the 18th, don't worry. I am still working too hard, at least too hard for my lazy ass, and I'm still me.
The only thing that sort of broke my working streak was my one outing with my cousin, at "Maskotti", where we were supposed to play pool but ended up playing chess and drinking beer instead. I won with the chess and lost with the beer. Afterwards, sufficiently drunk, he sprung something shocking on me... He knocked up his girlfriend! Imagine! That's him on the pic o' the day, looking morose, for a reason. He lives down south in Russia, where the rules are somewhat more strict. Think Finland about 50 years ago, and you'll get the picture.
It took me 2 hours to get home, cos I got on the wrong bus and had to walk 5 Km home. Yay. I passed out on the couch (girlie forced me to sleep there, I apparently reeked of booze), and woke up at about 11:30 Am. Got to work at 13:30. At least I went to work. Even if I only for 3 hours. I am proud of that. Sigh.
Anyway, remember Bonus? The guy that donated me a hub and set up my net to work on the laptop? I don't expect you to. But we just finished watching "Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King". I promised to watch it with him over two weeks ago. It was fun, oh yeah. I last saw LOTR:ROTK in the cinema, so I naturally forgot quite a bit of it (I have read the book before, more than once, however). Bonus likes his alcohol, as do I, so it was natural for him to bring over two 6-packs. Before that, however, I have been warned by my resident tyrant not to get drunk, so I didn't. Bonus, on the other hand, got a bit sloshed. But the beer went well with the movie, no doubt about that...
Here then is my link of the day, it's a list of demands by the Palestinian inmates, the ones that are starving themselves (I love the comments! )to death in order to gain what they want. In any case, I have not read anything as funny in a long while. The list includes cell phones, knives, fruit baskets, removal of barriers between the inmate and the visitor (you know, those glass walls like in the movies)... The thing is, EU or UN or choose your own abbreviations, will probably endorse those requests just because the people demanding them are
innocent, oppressed, Palestinian... Terrorists.

My Cousin.
Poor guy.

18.08.2004
Just came back from the.. Whachamacallit, Maternity Hospital. Saw Ivy's newborn, all 4,435 Kg of it! Him, that is. The little tyke was born on the 16.08.2004, at 14:20. They decided to call him Dominic. Well, welcome to the world, Dominic.
I talked to the father, the guy is younger than me, and as can be expected, is in somewhat of a turmoil. Not to say that he is not happy. Lets put it this way, he is flabbergasted, happy, bewildered, confused, and tired. I would probably be all of the above as well, unless I were on a plane to Rio instead, trying to put as many miles between me and the kid as possible... But anyway, the young father even witnessed the birth! He told me that he was fine, standing  by her, until they cut her open (she had a cesarean), and he saw the blood suddenly gush forth, and overflow down on to the floor. In a rather impressive waterfall. There was, apparently, a lot of it. And all sorts of other fluids... But in the end he stood strong. I would have probably passed out from the grisly sight.
Now, however, the tired mother is resting under a morphine drip, and changes (with the help of the dad, naturally) the baby's diapers 6 - 10 times a day. The baby is a shit machine... But then aren't they all? Enough about babies.
The site of the day is a defender of a worthy cause. "International Campaign Against Shari'a Court in Canada".

Dominic!

17.08.2004
Doom and gloom.. The summer is finally over, it seems. The lovely days of Autumn are ahead of us, once again. It seems such a shame that these summers of our youth are so short here, up north... Not many of those left for me anymore, I fear.
But enough about that. I have once again been working my hairy arse off all week. My cousins are helping us out as well, to sorta cut back on the cost of them coming here. I mean, they get 8 Eur an hour here, while back in Russia they would get about 30 rubles. Less than an euro. So it makes sense, eh? Anyway, the reason for my sudden working spree is that I've decided to cut down on the loafing and try to save up enough money for the next summer's Grand Master Plan (I love this site! The comics are hilarious..), the Holy Mother of All Plans, My Quest. What is it? I aint' telling. Not yet, at any rate... I wasted all of my money on the savings account that I have managed to save during the spring, all 796,60 Eur of it... It hurts my heart.
Oh, by the way, my girlfriends extremely pregnant friend popped this morning. She gave birth to a healthy baby boy, all of the 4,5 kilos of him. Huge bugger. I think I must have weighed only 3,7 Kg myself. Good thing that he didn't turn out like these poor fellows here! Congrats, Ivy!
And another thing: this is my 100th post! Yay! There will be much rejoicing later tonight. I will now go and entertain my cousin by taking him to see some of my Russian friends, and pumping him (and my self, why not) with beer.

Ducky! Cute...

15.08.2004

Hullo! Here I am, bruised, tired, and hung over. What a hectic couple of days...
It all started with my cousin from The Great Motherland dropping in my lap on friday. With a couple of days warning. It kinda threw a wrench into my well oiled plans for the weekend... Which mostly consisted of aimless loafing, playing games, and an 80's themed party on saturday. I have not seen my cousin for ages, something like 5 or 6 years, so we had a lot to talk about. He's 21 now, and taller than me by at least a foot. I kinda hope he won't retaliate for all those times I teased him as a kid... Like the time I locked him in a smelly outhouse for 5 hours, or the time I spun him around on the playground carousel until he puked, or that time I locked him in the closet and sprayed in cockroach repellent till he fainted...
Boy did it turn out different. I took my cousin to see some of my Ruskie mates, and amidst all the vodka and cognac a plan was hatched, a brilliant plan, to go paintballing the next day. It did not matter that we've never tried it before, nor that we were strapped for cash. So the next day, sporting hangovers and loose bowels we set off to the paintball store, and rented all the equipment. It totaled 540 Eur for the 10 of us.
And the only thing I really regret is that I have never bothered to try it before. And that I didn't wear thicker protective padding, of course. Oh the sheer adrenaline! Oh the pain of the paintball striking you on your forehead! And the joy of crawling through the bushes and falling off cliffs...
In the end we spent something close to six hours running around in the forest, and spent about 2500 rounds of ammo. I just wish that it wasn't so damn expensive...
After the sweaty fun of paintballin', I had to go to an 80's party. I was dead tired, and out of time, had to deposit my cousin safely at my moms place, and thus my costume was less than great. It sucked, in fact. But all the other people at the party... Wow. Some have really put a lot of effort into it. We came home at 5 am. I didn't really get plastered, but still have a nasty sort of a banger. Cursed be the alcohol!
And, finally, a few links for your enjoyment. Here is a helicopter game, I think it's produced by Australian Navy, for the purposes of recruitment... Fun. And here is an artsy page, great B&W photos... And here are some more articles about Michael Moore's little cash-magnet, "Fahrenheit 9/11". "The Importance of being Michael Moore" (London Telegraph), "More Distortions From Michael Moore" (Newsweek), and "Unfairenheit 9/11: The lies of Michael Moore" (slate.com). Read it and enjoy.

Me, looking like a member of Al-Aqsa brigade.

Eighties chicks! Miau!

12.08.2004

Oh man. What a horrible pain have the past couple of days been... Yes, I am whining about work again. I have been ordered to put holograms on ~1000 cards, In two days. Using a manual labor machine, extremely primitive and tiresome. Not to mention mind numbing.
Anyway, having endured that for 2 days, I decided it was time to get out of home and just go out... anywhere.
I decided to go to a flea market, Me and a buddy of mine have this tradition, we go to Vallilan Kirpputori and check out the weird and wonderful stuff on display. Sometimes we even buy things from there, No, really. On the other hand, the visit to the flea market is not about buying things. It's a male bonding thing, just something to do when you have, um, nothing to do. It is also a good opportunity to laugh at some things people sell...
This time, however, we bought a ton of books. My friend bought 7, most of them having to do with marketing and economy (crazy bugger), since he got into the Kauppakorkeakoulu, a prestigious college of economics here in Finland. I, in turn, bought the following : "Exodus" by Leon Uris, "The Sands of Dunkirk" by Richard Collier, "The Coming War Between Russia & China" by Harrison E. Salisbury and "Evenings on a Farm near Dikanka" by Nikolay Gogol. My friend also bought a DVD titled "Drink my Dirty Juices". Must be an educational flick of some sort...
After that we went off and had a nice four pints of beer, talking about politics and literature... A good evening of R&R, for sure.

The flea market. Awesome.

09.08.2004
I positively reek of chlorine. I just came back from Serena, a "water amusement park". I am falling over from fatigue. Can barely type! Honest! Serena unleashed a 12 year old in my girlfriend, and a 30 year old in me.
I had a lot of fun, though. The last time I've been to Serena was around 5 - 6 years ago, and let me tell you, not much has changed around the place. There are huge queues to all the rides, the flow through is inefficient, the amount of cellulite is staggering, and the whole place is, naturally, overpriced. And 45 min bus ride away from Helsinki. Not to mention the 4.5 Eur fare. Oh. I think I just gave the place a rather devastating review...
Frankly, let me put it this way: if water amusement parks are your thing, go for it. I liked it. Girlie liked it. And everybody liked my girlie, because she kept "accidentally" loosing her top at every convenient opportunity. Brazen hussy...
Oh, and here is a nice comic I found on the web not long ago.. Well worth checking out from day one, I give you... The VG Cats! Oh, an on a more sombre note, here are some new teachings by Palestinian Authority. Kinda funny, were it not so sad..

The outer bits of
Serena...

Burp.. Just had that Greek Mac thingamajig. It looks like it was run over by a truck, and left on the highway for about a week or so. Frankly, when I first saw the advert for the aforementioned burger, I thought that it was a parody. Some sort of anti-mac thing. But no! They put up that thing all by themselves.. However, I braved the hallowed halls of my local McDonalds, and got one of those Greek Macs. And it was good! A bit bland, perhaps, but good! Especially the pita bread...
Sorry for that previous paragraph. It's just that I've been so hungry after spending the day at Suomenlinna (you can find all the historical stuff as well as a map on the official site). And that's what this post was supposed to be all about. Me and girlie were supposed to visit Suomenlinna for the past 2 years, and never quite made it. This time we took along our overtly pregnant friend (4 days overdue already!) and her.. Ahem.. Impregnator. The impregnator is British, and has never been to Suomenlinna..  So, when we arrived I dragged everybody to the Submarine museum! Had to throw a tantrum in order to get everybody to agree... But that is besides the point.  It is an actual sub from the 30's (named Vesikko) placed on the shore, admittance fee 1EUR for students. Awesome... You gain a lot respect for the men that lived and died in those iron coffins
After that we just hit the lawn and spent a few hours reading, eating, drinking, smoking, talking... You get the picture. Lots of people on the island, the place is teeming with tourists and lounging locals. After that long period of drowsy communion,  we took a long walk around the southern edge of the island, the one with all the long range artillery staring out to sea.. I, of course, had to straddle one of those guns. Almost bloody fell off, too...
A nice time was had by all, what can I say. I am quite horribly tired now, and have a bit of a headache, from the sun no doubt... But I shant leave you without a link of the day. This time it is... The Mysterious Voynich Manuscript! It is an old manuscript of 240 pages, dated between 1450 and 1520, and it has so far defied decryption.. Fascinating stuff, that... You can try your own hand at it, if you've got the mind for it.

Evening view.

Vesikko.

07.08.2004
The birthday came and went... We are both tired and hung over, dying in the sweltering heat. I think going to Hietsu could be a good idea.
We started off our birthday celebrations with the amusement park. I've been there last year, but they added a cool (although a bit too short) ride. Scary, at first. The pic o' da day is taken from onboard the little trolley we were strapped into. My birthday girlie had kittens all the way. We practically had to carry her off the ride... The next six (!) hours were spent going from one ride to the other, and winning little worthless pieces of plastic shit at all sorts of raffle booths. All in all, worth the 24Eur I spent on the ticket. My favorite ride turned out to be kieppi. Still got bruises and muscle pains!
It basically went downhill from there. Went off to see a friend who had his birthday on the same day, had some drinks, chat chat chat, bye-bye, gotta go. It was then off to kallio, where our friends departed, leaving just the two of us. Well, no problem, lets call a friend that just got off work.
The problem is my girl gets, um, "funny" when sufficiently inebriated. I hate it, and the others are confused by it. So... Without going into any further details (I probably said a bit too much already, but what the hell, it's my blog...), we alienated a friend and had a rather crappy time towards the end of the evening. Yup. Hey, shit happens...
As for the link of the day... Well, I am sure you've all heard of the "Fahrenheit 9/11", that propaganda masterpiece the little sensationalist Moore has cooked up. It is about to hit the screens here in Finland, and thousands of dumbasses will start going around repeating catch phrases, like "We deserved it" and "It's all America's fault" cos they simply lack the brains to know any better. Here then is a link about the movie: Fifty-nine Deceits in Fahrenheit 9/11.

Into eternity...

05.08.2004
I have been pretty busy with RL (real life). The work I do for living has been pure hell lately. In case I have not mentioned this before, I work at a company that makes plastic cards. All kinds. Loyalty cards, Discount cards, Credit cards... You name it, we make it. So far so good, right? Until my boss devised a devious plan to keep me working like a robot on a conveyer belt, doing three tasks simultaneously. Yay. I bet he must have been sitting on it for a while. So now I was forced to assemble the cards (5 or 6 different layers depending on the card), then monitor the laminator oven, and then cut them out of the laminated sheets of 10 cards. Gods. And that went on for 3 days. Just when the weather picked up up here in our rainy little Suomi.
Thank the deity of your choice that that ordeal is now over. My girlie is celebrating her 26'th birthday tomorrow, we are going to Linnanmäki (an amusement park here in Helsinki) with out friends and later out to town. I hope it'll be great. I bought her a Philips MP3 CD-player...
Oh, and before I forget, I also bought myself a new digital camera! Yay! A Minolta Dimage X21. You know, what with my limited funds... However, it has already proved to be 100x better than my old and battered chinese Vivitar 3330. I just have to get a 128Mb SD memory card next...
I also switched the guest book to a better one on the site. I hope some of you will actually use it...
Here then, by popular demand, is some more raw pornographic imagery. Chicks in bikinis and out of bikinis. eHotBikinis. It smacks of something from the 80's, IMHO.

Their dancing was kinda good, and the make-up awesome.

02.08.2004
Oi. Today was pretty lame. Visited a beach at Vuosaari, and it sucked. Sucked whale cock. No eye candy, no nice fine sand as far as the eye can see, no nothing. Just mothers with screaming kids. The day picked up afterwards, though. Now watching "Max", and so far it looks good.
Yesterday, on the other hand, was okay. My friend from the north (as seen in the guest book) came down south. And what did he do as soon as he got here? Why, dragged me to DTM, the best gay club in town. I have never been in the "new" building the club moved to 2-3 years ago, and was really suprised at it's size. Huge, two stories, decent sized dance floors... I was not disappointed. The party was not a commonplace mix of a gay majority and a straight minority, but rather overwhelmingly straight. Some cute girls around, kissing and fondling each other, always a welcomed sight. I could pretty safely say that 80% of the people in the club were on some mind expanding chemicals. At least most of my friends were...
I think I will get back to watching my depressing yet interesting movie. Great actors.

A crappy pic from the DTM party. My cam sucks.

01.08.2004

Finally! Fucking finally! I got the net to work on my laptop! Or I didn't get it to work, but a friend of mine did, Bonus (yes, that is his nickname, and has been for over a decade), who brought over a hub (then just donated it to me!) and fixed all the settings on the bloody Windows 98 the laptop has for its innards. Now I can keep the IRC on constantly, and my girlfriend can use the net without disturbing me too much. Blessed be Bonus..!
Anyway, apparently while I've been away to Russia, Helsinki has been pretty much swept away by torrential rains. I got this interesting photo from a friend of mine who in turn got it from a friend of his over the IRC. Pretty much explains what's been going on in Helsinki and it's outskirts... Too bad I pretty much missed it...
Ok. Gotta go see Spider man II (Christianity Today's review! ;) now with girly, and I hope it wont be a disappointment. But while I'm gone, here are a few games to keep you occupied!

The Net! 'Tis working!
